Deputies supported the demand to provide funding to their subordinates in full and cancel the shameful orders to reduce beds and medical staff in full, - said the press and domestic policy.

To date, there is no reduction, but labor collectives have been warned that they are planned from June 17, 2020.

In the address accepted at session of the City Council it is specified that departments and medical staff in a number of medical institutions in the territory of Kryvyi Rih which are subordinated to area can be reduced: "Kryvyi Rih multidisciplinary hospital on providing psychiatric help", "Kryvyi Rih TB dispensary", "Kryvyi Rih DOR "," Kryvyi Rih Children's Specialized Medical and Rehabilitation Center "DOR", "Kryvyi Rih Children's Phthisiopulmonology Rehabilitation Medical Center №1" DOR "," Kryvyi Rih Children's Phthisio-Orthopedic Rehabilitation Center №1 "DOR", all in which residents are treated.

The city administration and the city council consider it inadmissible to close or reduce them. Thus, in the IPA it is planned to reduce 2 psychiatric and 1 narcological departments (78 psychiatric beds, 31 narcological beds) and 139 medical workers. The tuberculosis dispensary has a children's ward with 30 beds, a surgical ward with 30 beds and a reduction of 56 nurses. In KP "Kryvyi Rih Children's Specialized Medical and Rehabilitation Center" DOR "- reduction of 80 beds. In KP "Kryvyi Rih Children's Phthisiopulmonology Rehabilitation Medical Center G1" DOR "- 65 beds. In KP "Kryvyi Rih Children's Phthisio-Orthopedic Rehabilitation Center G1" DOR "- reduction of 70 beds. These three sanatoriums employ 177 people, all of whom may lose their jobs.

Unfortunately, no response has been received to the repeated appeals of the mayor and the city health department.

The central authorities pointed out that, having nothing to do with the funding of secondary hospitals since April 1, more than 95% of the funds used to combat Covid-19 had been spent from the city budget and from private charitable foundations and organizations. Kryvyi Rih, including PPE, is constantly transferred to the hospital of regional subordination.
