An unemployed man from Kryvyi Rih was walking a German shepherd near his house without a muzzle and a leash. The animal bit another citizen on the left hand, causing damage to his health.
In court, the owner of the four-legged pleaded guilty.
The man was fined 51 hryvnias and his dog was confiscated. He was also charged 420 hryvnias in administrative fees.
