In fourth place - the economic situation in the country and low living standards (49,1%), while corruption in government (39,8%) and the quality of health care (38,2%) are most important for more than a third of citizens.
The environmental situation ranks seventh in the ranking of the most painful problems in the country, because of it more than a quarter of respondents (25,6%) are concerned. As well as due to the lack of effective reforms, this problem is in eighth place (25,5%).
One in five Ukrainians (21,2%) suffers from quarantine measures taken by the authorities in connection with the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic, and one in six (16,4%) - due to the Annexation of Crimea - it completes the top ten of this rating .

in Ukraine: Citizens' Perspective ”was held by the Gorshenin Institute together with the Representation of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Ukraine in November-December 2020. During the study, five focus group discussions were held in the central (Kyiv), western (Lviv), eastern (Dnipro), southern (Odessa) and northern (Chernihiv) regions of Ukraine, as well as face-to-face interviews according to the respondents' places of residence. A total of 2000 respondents aged 18 and over were interviewed in all regions of Ukraine (excluding the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, and the city of Sevastopol) according to quotas: region of residence, sex and age of respondents. The error of representativeness of the study does not exceed +/- 2,2%.
